The Coronado Library was expanded in 2002 to add an additional 2,700 square feet to the existing 1,400 square feet. The expansion allows the
library to grow as needed and is an excellent place to sit back, relax, and have a stunning view of Lake Coronado.
Annual Library cards are $6.25 per person and can be purchased at the POA Administration building or the Library.
Books may be checked out for up to three weeks. Reserved and new books may be checked out for up to two weeks. Books can be returned to the library during
normal business hours, and after hours to a drop box located in the parking area of the Coronado Center.
Library patrons are limited to three new or reserved books per card. The library will notify you of reserved books by phone. Reserved books will be held for two days
before they are returned to circulation. Books can be renewed as longs as they have not been reserved.
Books, audios, and current periodicals may be donated directly to the librarian. Cash donations should be made out to the Property Owners' Association

The Coronado Community Center is a cultural and entertainment activity center located within Hot Springs Village. With over 18,000 square feet, the
center is centrally located between the east and west gates and is utilized for many club and organization meetings.
The center is host to a variety of special Village events, including an annual New Years Eve celebration, and a spring and fall arts/crafts fair.
The variety of room styles makes the Coronado Community Center an ideal location for instructional classes, formal and informal dances, and private
celebration events such as reunions and wedding receptions.
Coronado Room & Room Rentals
The main feature of the community center is the Coronado Room, which holds 450 for a lecture or 320 for a sit-down catered dinner. The room features a stage and
wooden dance floor. The center also has six additional rooms of various sizes for rent. A caterer’s kitchen is also available.
Also available to meet client needs are the choice of card tables, round banquet tables or six-foot rectangle tables. A commercial kitchen,
tablecloths, and tableskirts are available for rent, as well as audio/visual equipment. The center can provide drink service and even special lighting, upon request.
Dance instructors and performing groups often rent Room 6 with its mirrored wall. Arts and crafts groups prefer Room 5 with a sink. The
versatility of carpeted Rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 feature foldaway doors to allow clients to expand their space requirements.
Dances are also held at this facility in the auditorium portion of the building on a hardwood dance floor that was installed in 1998

The Coronado Natatorium and Fitness Center offers all you could ever need for fitness. You can enjoy fitness equipment and free weights for muscle
toning and building. For a cardiovascular workout, try the stationary bicycles, rowing machines, Stairmasters, or treadmills. A full-time fitness instructor is
available to help tailor your fitness regimen.
The Coronado Fitness Center also offers a 25-meter indoor heated pool for use anytime of the year. A year round swimmer or water exerciser's dream
Do you prefer the outdoors? Whether you want to walk, jog, or just enjoy the scenery, twenty miles of multi-purpose trails will fit your needs.
Coronado also boasts 18 lighted, pro-surfaced and clay tennis courts. Two full-time teaching pros are available to enhance your game.
