Visitors and residents alike enjoy beaches at beautiful Lake Balboa and Lake Cortez, the fishing and boating on all 7 recreational lakes with two marinas providing boats, bait, a license and fish...our lakes are stocked and monitored by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Vacationers, residents, family and grandkids enjoy a variety of water sports including swimming, water skiing, canoeing, kayaking and more.

The DeSoto Games Area offers miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pool and ping-pong tables, structured programs and video games. The outdoor DeSoto Pool is open from Memorial to Labor Day providing fun for the young and the young at heart.

There are lots of restaurants, shopping, kids activities, holiday activities such as fireworks on Independence Day, Christmas concerts and New Year's parties and dances.

You can take up golf, tennis, bridge and/or perfect your game. If you love hiking, fishing, bowling, Bible studies (church list), gardening, antique cars, singing, dancing. You can join (club list) DAR, the VFW, Ducks Unlimited, the Shrine Club or the Lions Club among the many many clubs in Hot Springs Village. …your options are OPEN!!!

May you just love animals and want to help out at the Village Animal Shelter.  If you want to be involved join the Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League.  HSV has one of the best and most loving Animal Shelters in the State.  Many families having given loving homes to some really great animal from our Village Animal Shelter.
